SPLIT SYSTEM SERVICE

HPA cleans the filters, inspects the indoor and outdoor units, checks refrigerant performance, drainage and electrical connections, and tests both heating and cooling. Key operating pressures and temperatures are measured, with a condition report provided so you know exactly how your system is performing.
EVAPORATIVE AIR SERVICE
Keep your evaporative system clean, reliable and ready for warmer weather. HPA cleans the filter pads, checks the water distribution system, pump, fan motor, bearings, float valve and water level, and flushes the reservoir. The complete system is then tested to ensure it is operating correctly, with a condition report provided after the service.

HPA cleans the return air filters, inspects the indoor and outdoor units, checks airflow and zone operation, and tests heating and cooling performance. Refrigerant, electrical components, drainage, pressures, temperatures and current draw are also checked, followed by a detailed condition report and any recommended maintenance.
